Refunds And Returns Policy
Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) state a customer has the right to cancel an order or to return a product within 7 working days starting the day after delivery.
Note
For sanitary & hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on makeup products. Return accepted only if: is defective, wrong item sent or doesn’t correspond with our description. Those products must be returned in the same condition as you have received untested, sealed and still in the original packing.
Overview
The shade of the products may be distorted by flash camera or it depends how is adjusted your screen device luminosity. So please bear in your mind there may be a slight difference between the real product and what you see in your screen. Shade difference can not be a reason for return from our fault as long is an appropriate colour with the pictures listed and the name described for the product.
To complete your return, we require your order number reference.
Refund
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Full refund will be given including shipping cost only in the situation we have sent wrong item or is defect. To avoid any dispute we will require you to send us a picture soon as you have received the product damaged or not as description in maxim 24H since the item was delivered.
Full refund guaranteed if you have not received your product.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted or not accepted for refund:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned 7 days after delivery .
- If the item was used we do not accept return for this circumstances.
- If the reason of return was not appropriate ,incorrect or not honest, but item was returned in the same condition as you have received we will deduct from the total amount shipping fees for sending and returning.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. from our mistake. If you need to exchange from your reason then contact us in advance to see the availability.
Shipping returns
We will pay for shipping cost in return for the fallowing reasons:
- Item arrived damaged
- Item not as description (different product or different name)
We will send you via email a pre-paid label that need to be used in maximum 3 days. We provide lots of information and measure in description, also full support and suggestions via email, Facebook or or contact us for direct support via WhatsApp (button down on this page). So if you are not sure before purchase contact us, otherwise we may not accept return .
You will be responsible for the product reaching us in the same condition as you have received it.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. hen contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.
